The story of Candymonium
Hersheypark chose Bolliger & Mabillard to build Candymonium as a steel Hyper Coaster for the park’s new entrance district. It was planned as the park’s tallest, fastest and longest coaster, with a broad out-and-back course beside Spring Creek. stories.hersheypa.com· hersheypark.com
Construction called for a considerable steel framework, with the track assembled in sections before the finished structure was tested. The park’s own account records the work from its first foundations through the completion of the track and final preparations for visitors. stories.hersheypa.com
