How It Works
collect · album · duel — in that order
Sign in, get a card, every day
Sign up and you're handed a fifteen-card Welcome Pack on the spot. After that, one free card lands the moment you sign in each day — Today's Card. It doesn't roll over: miss a day and that day's card is gone, but tomorrow's is waiting. No button to press, no daily chore — just sign in.
Open packs
A pack is a set of cards drawn against a published rate table — see /odds for the real numbers, generated from the same code the pack engine runs. Free packs come from daily sign-ins, finishing an album page, and referrals. Coin-priced packs sit on the shelf, bought with coins you earn in the game — never with cash; see /pricing for how that works today.
Every opening is server-seeded and its hash published before you open it, so the contents can't be picked after the fact — and the seed itself is published afterwards so anyone can re-derive exactly what you pulled.
Fill the album
Cards slot into album pages grouped by theme. Finish a page and you're paid a Quest Pack plus a coin reward — the album isn't just a display case, it's how you fund the next pack. Duplicate cards aren't wasted either: melt them down for coins at a fixed, published rate rather than have them sit idle.
Duel
Call a stat, put up a card, see who wins. Every card carries six battle stats — Height, Speed, Inversions, Throughput, Build Cost, and Vintage (the reversed one: oldest wins). A duel is a read on your collection and your nerve calling the right stat, recorded to your stats page. It's currently a free, no-stakes mode — a duel win doesn't currently pay out coins or cards, and we'd rather tell you that up front than let the scoreboard imply otherwise.
Trade favours, not cash
Bring a friend in and, once their account activates, you get a Thank-You Pack — three free cards. That's the whole loop: no cash ever changes hands anywhere in THOOZIE, and coins never convert back to money. Read the whole list of guarantees at The Collector's Promise.
