About THOOZIE

a small operation, a big set of coasters

THOOZIE is a card game built the way a park guide gets written: go and measure the thing, cite where the number came from, print it straight.

The idea

Every card in the set is a real roller coaster — a real park, a real height, a real year it opened. Collect them, fill an album, and settle an argument on six honest battle stats: Height, Speed, Inversions, Throughput, Build Cost, and Vintage, the reversed stat where an old wooden coaster from the 1920s can out-duel something built last summer. No card is fictional. No stat is invented. Where a number is an estimate rather than a fact, the card says so and /methodology shows the working.

Who's behind it

THOOZIE is made and operated by Aethus Ltd, a small UK-based outfit. We're currently in an invite-gated beta — Season One, "World Icons" — while we finish tuning the game against real players rather than our own guesses.

Why free, and why we mean it

A card game about counting credits should never make you feel cheated by its own economy. Every card is reachable without paying, every mode is free to play, and the published odds on /odds are the real numbers, generated straight from the code that draws the cards rather than retyped by hand where they could quietly drift. Read the whole list of things we won't do at The Collector's Promise.

Where it's going

Season One shipped with 150 cards across America, Britain & Ireland and the Continent. More sets, more regions and more modes are coming; the changelog tracks what's actually shipped, not what's planned — nothing appears there until it's live.
