SHINY ODDS 1 IN 20 · PUBLISHED
Every number below is the real number. No shadow-nerfed rates, no "increased odds" events that quietly reset after. This page is generated from the same constants the pack generator draws against, so it cannot drift out of date while the game changes underneath it.

Pull rates, per card slot
Each card drawn in a pack rolls independently against these tier rates:
| Tier | Rate |
|---|---|
| Common | 60% |
| Uncommon | 25% |
| Rare | 10% |
| Epic | 4% |
| Legendary | 1% |
What's in each pack
Every card in every pack — free or paid — rolls against the rates above. There are no private tables and no pack that quietly draws from a worse one.

| Pack | Cards | Coins | Guarantee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Pack drawn from the whole set | 12 | 900 | 1 × Rare or better |
| Regional Pack drawn from one region | 15 | 1100 | 2 × Rare or better |
| Collector's Box drawn from the whole set | 75 | 4500 | 1 × Legendary or better, 8 × Rare or better |
| Set pack One for every set, live or closed: only that set's cards. | 12 | 900 | 1 × Rare or better |
| First Rides pack Only cards you don't own yet. Odds: yours. | 8 | 2400 | 1 Rare+ while you have one left to find |
A set pack draws only from its own set, at the same tier rates as everything else, with at least one Rare or better. No launch-window card is forced into it (it is all one set), and the dupe pity rests while you open one. When a set closes, its cards leave the free packs and the daily card; its set pack stays on the shelf, so nothing from it is ever out of reach.
First Rides pack
A First Rides pack is 8 cards drawn only from the cards you don't own yet, and never the same card twice. It rolls the same tier rates as everything else, but only against what's left for you, so its odds are yours alone. A roll on a tier you've finished drops to the nearest tier below it you still need, or climbs when there's none below: hold every Common and a Common roll becomes an Uncommon. At least one card is Rare or better while you still have one to find; once you don't, it's the best tier you have left. There's no launch-window card and no dupe pity in it (it can't give you a dupe).
It's on sale while you have 24 or more cards left to find. Under that, the tile says so and a set pack is the better buy. If other packs leave you fewer than 8 by the time you open one, you get every card that's left and the rest of the 2,400 coins back, card for card. The verifier shows the exclusion as a count of the cards you owned, so a shared link never lists your collection.
Every pack above is priced in coins, never in pounds. Coins are earned in the park — melting duplicates, completing album pages and whole sets, holding a daily claim streak, duels, daily jobs and the daily puzzle — and coins can also be bought outright, on the web or in the iOS app. However you came by them, the odds on this page don't change: a bought coin rolls against exactly the same tier rates as an earned one.
No longer sold
These are gone from the shelf, but people still hold them and their openings stay on the record, so their rules stay published:
| Pack | Cards | Guarantee |
|---|---|---|
| Themed Pack | 5 | No guarantee |
| Album Box | 5 | 1 × Epic or better |
Regional packs, and the honest small print
A regional pack rolls against exactly the same tier rates. But it draws from a smaller pool, and a tier that has no cards in that pool cannot be paid out. When that happens the roll resolves to the nearest tier below it. The rate is the same; the outcome is not. So here is what each region actually contains, and what it actually pays:
| Region | Cards | Comm | Unco | Rare | Epic | Lege |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| The United States | 166 | 73 | 42 | 30 | 13 | 8 |
| Canada not yet on sale | 12 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 0 | 0 |
| Britain & Ireland | 31 | 17 | 7 | 3 | 3 | 1 |
| The Continent | 58 | 23 | 22 | 10 | 2 | 1 |
| Asia-Pacific | 67 | 35 | 17 | 8 | 4 | 3 |
A region is only put on sale when its pool can honestly support its guarantee. That is enforced in code and in the odds audit, not by our good intentions — a region that can't pay what a pack promises cannot be bought at all.
Shiny
Any card can pull shiny, independent of tier — 1 in 20 cards pulled comes out foil. Identical true stats: a shiny Nemesis is not a stronger Nemesis. It's a chase, not a power spike.

Pity
The pity clock never resets on you unfairly — it only ever counts down to a guarantee:
- Epic or better guaranteed within 10 packs opened.
- Legendary guaranteed within 40 packs opened.
- Shiny guaranteed within 30 cards pulled.
Note the last one counts cards, not packs — a seventy-five-card box runs the shiny clock down more than twice over on its own.
Your welcome pack, your daily card and quest packs all count toward every pity counter, same as bought packs — pity doesn't care how you paid, or if you paid at all.
Park mascots
Mascots are characters, not coaster cards, and they never enter the card pool — so they cannot be pulled into a slot and they do not touch a single pity counter. Everyone gets one when they sign up, so nobody starts without somebody.
Packs used to turn one up as a bonus on top of the cards. They stopped on 29 September 2026: mascots are your avatar and the house opponents now, and the one you are handed at signup is the only one you get. Openings from before then still verify, bonus and all.
Which mascot you are handed is weighted by the grade each one is filed under: a Steady is six times as likely as a Headliner, and a Relief three times. The grade is a draw band and nothing else — it is not printed on the card and it does not change what a mascot does, which is keep you company. There are 24 of them, so any one particular Headliner works out at about 1.11% of signup draws.
One honest distinction. Pack openings are commit–reveal: we publish the seed's hash before you open, so we cannot choose the contents afterwards. The mascot you were granted at signup is not that. Nothing was committed before you signed up and you were not waiting on a reveal — it is a recorded draw: we generate real entropy, derive the mascot from it, and store the whole derivation so anyone holding that record can re-derive the same answer forever. That is checkable, but it is a weaker claim than commit–reveal and we are not going to dress it up as the same thing.
Verify it yourself
Every pack opening is server-seeded, and the seed's hash is published to you before the pack is opened, so we cannot choose the contents after seeing what you wanted. After it opens, the seed itself is published and anyone can re-derive the exact cards from it. Every opening has a share page carrying that check — open one of your own pulls and follow the verify link on it.
