The Collector's Promise
few promises, all of them kept

No cash-out. No pay-to-win.
No small print tricks.
A card game about credit-counting should never make you feel cheated. Here's what we will not do, in writing.
Every card is obtainable free
There is no card behind a paywall. Every rarity, every shiny — all reachable through free daily packs and quest packs. It takes longer than paying. It is never impossible.
Every way to play is free
Practice runs, 24-hour and live duels, custom rules, riders, the Swap Shop and gifts, the daily puzzle and every event — none of it sits behind a subscription or a paywall. FastPass is an optional subscription that raises your daily card from one to three at the same odds and adds a monthly coin top-up — never a card, a way to play or odds a free player can't also reach. Cosmetics in the coin shop are bought with coins and change how things look, never how they play.
Paying accelerates. It never gates.
Money buys speed — more packs, sooner. It does not buy power that free players can't reach, and it does not buy a card that isn't also sitting in the free pack pool.
Odds are published, always
Pull rates, shiny odds and pity rules are public on /odds before you spend anything, not after. When odds change, the page changes on the same day.
No FOMO deletion
Old sets stay collectable and purchasable with coins forever. We will not delete a card from availability to pressure a purchase. Scarcity here comes from shiny odds, never from a countdown clock.
Coins never cash out
The in-game coin economy is a closed loop: earned in play, spent on packs and the coin shop, never converted to real money, never transferable outside the game, never resold. This is the line that keeps thoozie a game and not a gambling product, and we intend to keep it exactly that firm.
An honest limitation
We check ages: under-13s can't hold an account, and 13 to 17s can play but can't buy anything — purchases are for accounts declared 18 and over. Age gates are imperfect by nature — we run ours in good faith and treat any gap in that system as a bug to fix, not a feature to ignore.
Every promise above is written down for a reason.
Hold us to it, same as we hold ourselves.
