The story of Atlantis Adventure

Lotte World opened Atlantis Adventure in 2003 on Magic Island, the park's island setting on Seokchon Lake in Seoul. It was presented as a large new attraction for the lakeside park. adventure.lotteworld.com· v.daum.net

Intamin supplied the steel coaster, using its Aqua Trax arrangement for a ride carried in a small boat rather than a conventional open train. intamin.com· coaster.cloud

At its opening, the attraction was described as a combination of roller-coaster speed, a flume-like descent, jet-ski-style motion and an enclosed temple journey. Sudden acceleration and changes of height give the compact course its character. v.daum.net

Atlantis Adventure remains in operation as one of Lotte World's principal attractions on Magic Island, where the steel structure and boat ride stand among the park's lakeside landmarks. coaster.cloud· adventure.lotteworld.com
