This one's still wanted

No licence-clean photograph of Sky Rocket II has crossed our desk yet, so the card runs house illustration for now — a placeholder, not a stand-in for the real ride. Send us your shot of it (structure-first, no park logos or mascots in frame) and if it's the one, your name goes on the card — permanent, printed, yours.

Submitting a photo means signing in first — the credit line only means something attached to an account.

The story of Sky Rocket II

Chimelong Group commissioned the attraction from Baltimore-based Premier Rides. The ride was designed and manufactured in the United States, with its equipment exported to China during 2017. premier-rides.com

On site, the steel structure was assembled by Martin & Vleminckx. The completed coaster welcomed its first visitors on 26 September 2017, becoming part of Chimelong Paradise’s growing collection of large steel rides. coasterpedia.net

Premier Rides described Sky Rocket as a multi-launch achievement using magnetic drive technology, with a twisting heartline inversion, ascending and descending twists, and two vertical rolls. The company presented the layout as a first of its kind in Asia and noted the height of its inversion. premier-rides.com
