The story of Battlestar Galactica: HUMAN

Universal Studios Singapore announced its opening for March 18, 2010, with Vekoma’s pair of duelling coasters among the attractions unique to Singapore. parkworld-online.com· coasterpedia.net

The ride’s early service was interrupted after a seat detached during routine testing. Reports attributed the failure to fatigue cracks in a component joining the seat assembly to the train, after which Vekoma replaced welded parts with machined ones. blooloop.com· coasterpedia.net

Following months of safety tests and approval from Singapore authorities, the coasters returned to operation after almost a year away from the park. blooloop.com

A later extended closure brought new two-seater vehicles and a smoother ride, while the intertwined course itself remained unchanged. rwsentosa.com· channelnewsasia.com
